The Virgin Money Credit Card app is the only way to manage your credit card account digitally, but if you’re unable to use it here’s what you need to know:

Use our automated telephone banking service
You can use our automated telephone banking to check your balance, see transactions or make a payment by calling 0800 011 3210 for Virgin Money or 0800 085 3210 for Virgin Atlantic and selecting option 4*.
Here are some of the services available:
You can hear your balance, also known as the ‘amount you owe’
You can pay up to £750 to your credit card, with a debit card, using the keypad on your telephone to enter the amount and card details. Remember to have your credit and debit card details to hand!
You can hear the amount and date of your last 5 credit or debit transactions (from newest to oldest)

Make a payment
To make a payment through your bank account use sort code 40-64-25, bank account number 41320424 and quote your 16-digit Virgin Money Credit Card Number as the payment reference
(Normally the money will be paid to your account within two hours of receipt of the payment)
To make a payment by post, please send a cheque payable to 'Virgin Money’ and include your 16-digit Virgin Credit Card number in the payee line. Write your full name and address on the back of the cheque and send it to: Virgin Money, Jubilee House, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE3 4PL
(We are unable to accept cash payments by post)
You can continue to use Virgin Money stores to make payments to your card, by either cash or cheque
Set up a direct debit with us and we’ll take your monthly payment automatically for the amount and date you tell us

Making a purchase online
We’ll send a one time passcode to your mobile, so you can confirm it’s you making the purchase
If you’re asked to approve the purchase in the app, just click the link at bottom of the screen to get a text instead

Instalment plan
• If you have an existing instalment plan, you can get in touch with us and we can help with any questions, or make any changes for you
• Without the mobile app, you won’t to be able to set up any new instalment plans

Set up Apple Pay or Google Pay
You can use your card with Apple Pay or Google Pay, by adding it directly via your device

Request a statement
If you’re not already receiving statements in the post you can ask us to send you them here
If you need a copy of one of your older statements you can contact us and we’ll arrange to send you a copy

Using cashback
If you’re registered for cashback, we can help you check how much cashback you’ve earned, withdraw it, or opt out of cashback. Just get in touch with our Credit Card Mobile App helpdesk team
If you’re not registered for cashback, but want to be, our team can help with that too
Without the app, you won’t be able to view your current cashback offers

Make changes to your account using our online forms
We've made it easy to make changes to your account online, use our quick online forms to:
Manage your credit limit
Cancel your direct debit
Change your marketing preferences, or switch to paper statements
Order a replacement card or a historical paper statement
Close your account
