A one time passcode (OTP) is a unique six digit number we’ll text to your mobile. It can only be used once, and for security reasons will only work for a short amount of time.

We’ll never call, email or ask you for your OTP, so please don’t share it with anyone. OTP are also used to register for our app, verify some requests you make and to confirm it’s you when you make a card transaction online.

If you’re having difficulty receiving a OTP, please check:
The mobile number we have for you is up to date. If it is not please contact us to update your details. The same applies to any additional cardholders you have, we need to have their up to date mobile numbers too.
Your mobile phone signal may not be strong enough, check your reception.
You have wifi calling turned on. If so, some networks block business authorisation text messages. Try turning wifi calling off and request the passcode again.

If you’ve tried the above steps and you’ve still not received the OTP, please contact us
