Your Other Connected Account balance includes any savings pots or spaces you’ve set up, but these won’t appear as separate accounts. Instead, they’re included in your savings or current account balance, depending on how your account provider organizes them.
The balance displayed reflects the most recent information shared by your other bank, but it may not include pending transactions. If your balance seems outdated:
1. Login to our Virgin Money Credit Card app
2. On the home screen, select the account you want to refresh
3. Tap Refresh
Note that only transactions from the past 6 months are shown. For a full transaction history, you’ll need to check directly with your provider.
For any missing transactions, refresh your balance as outlined above. If the issue persists, or if there are discrepancies, contact your account provider or bank for further assistance.
