You can remove your Other Connected Accounts or end your Open Banking contract at any time by following these steps:
1. Login to our Virgin Money Credit Card app
2. On the home screen, select the account you’d like to remove
3. Tap 'Manage account'
4. Select 'Remove account' and follow the instructions on screen
Repeat these steps for each connected account you wish to remove. Once an account is removed, it will no longer appear on your home screen. Any other accounts from the same provider will also be removed automatically.
After removing your accounts, your Open Banking contract will automatically end.
