There are a few reasons why this might happen:
• We aren't connected to your provider. As soon as we are, you'll see it listed
• The type of account isn't accepted. You can connect current accounts, credit cards and most saving accounts 
• There's a technical issue. We'll let you know if this is the case, and you can try again later
• We're releasing this to people in stages. If you still can't see the Other Connected Account Feature, keep your eyes peeled, you should see it soon
