We’ll soon be changing the reference number you see on Direct Debit payments made to your credit card.
We’ll let you know in the App and on email when this change is coming.
There’s nothing you need to do and the payments you make by Direct Debit will continue as normal.
While this change is in progress, you'll see two similar Direct Debits. This is not a duplication, we will only collect once and there is no need to cancel your Direct Debit. Your bank may notify you when the change happens.
If you are making a faster payment then you should still use your full 16 digit card number as your payment reference.
