You can change the PIN for your credit card or debit card at most ATMs, simply:
• Insert your credit card or debit card and enter your PIN
• Select 'PIN Services'
• Choose the option to change PIN
Forgotten your PIN?
Credit card:
For primary cardholders, you can view your PIN in the Virgin Money Credit Card app. If you're an additional cardholder, or you don't use our app, you can request a PIN reminder for your credit card by completing our online form.
Debit card:
If you are unable to remember your PIN, you will need to call us or visit your local Virgin Money Store and ask us for a PIN reminder.
