The time it takes for a payment to clear depends on how and when the payment was made. If you make a payment on a Bank Holiday or weekend, your payment may be delayed by up to 2 days.
Direct Debit
• We'll take this payment on or just after your chosen date. This will show in your transactions list on the same day
Bank Transfer or Bank Payment
• This will usually show in your transactions list within 2 hours of you making the payment
Debit Card
• If you've paid by Debit Card in the app, payments can take up to 3 days to show in your transactions list.
• If you've paid by Debit Card over the phone, payments usually show in your transactions list on the next working day
Your balance will then be updated to reflect your payment.
