Additional cardholders on your credit card can:
• Discuss the account and any balance queries
• Make a payment
• Request a Balance Transfer or Money Transfer
• Request a credit balance refund (only to the account on file)
• Discuss transactions on the account and cancel recurring transactions
• Earn cashback on eligible transactions (if you are registered for cashback in the app)
• Request a PIN reminder for themselves
• Request a replacement card for themselves
• Report their own card as lost/stolen
• Update their email address
• Register a digital wallet for their card
• Receive a One Time Passcode to their registered mobile number (if we hold it on file)
• Set up or remove a trusted retailer when completing an online transaction
These features are only available by telephone to additional cardholders, so they would need to call us to do any of the above. They aren’t able to download and register for the Virgin Money Credit Card app, only the primary cardholder can do that.
The primary cardholder is solely responsible for managing the credit card account and making sure all spending on the card is repaid, including any charges that may have been incurred.
