We need to update credit references agencies on whether you make your payments. This information can be used by lenders to help decide your eligibility for credit in the future, for example being accepted for a loan or mortgage.

If you are already over your credit limit, please do not use your Virgin Money Credit Card again until you bring the balance back below your credit limit. Payments can be made from the Virgin Money Credit Card app. If you prefer, you can also pay directly from your bank account. Any payment made will be visible in the app, and in your next monthly statement.
