We appreciate there could be a number of reasons why you can't make a payment. Making your monthly payments on time is important for a few reasons. We need to update credit references agencies on whether you make your payments. This information can be used by lenders to help decide your eligibility for credit in the future, for example being accepted for a loan or mortgage.
Any missed payments may also incur fees and charges. Full details of these can be found on your statement, in the 'Key facts about your card' section.

Payments can be made from the Virgin Money Credit Card app. If you prefer, you can also pay directly from your bank account. Any payment made will be visible in the app, and in your next monthly statement.
