To set up a Direct Debit in the app, simply:
• Tap the 'Payments' icon at the bottom left of your summary screen
• Select 'Pay by Direct Debit'

You will then be asked to read the Direct Debit guarantee, along with some information about if you have a payment due.

Virgin Money and Virgin Atlantic credit card customers:
You have the option to pay the minimum payment, a regular fixed payment or the full statement balance. 

 

Virgin Money Slyce customers:
Your Requested Payment will be taken each month. If you wish to pay more off, you can choose to add an extra payment during the payment option window to your Direct Debit in the Mobile App.

 

You'll need to know the sort code and account number of the account you want the payments to be taken from. The account summary screen will confirm when the Direct Debit is set up and ready to go. 

 

Remember, you may need to make a manual payment while you're waiting for the Direct Debit to be set up. If you have a Virgin Money or Virgin Atlantic credit card and there isn’t enough money in your current account to make the payment when requested, we may apply a charge to your account. Also, you may also lose any promotional rates if applicable.
