The Virgin Money Credit Card app will show the Virgin Points you've earned with your credit card during your last statement period.
If you don't see any Virgin Points being earned when using your Virgin Atlantic Credit Card, there are a few things you should check:
• Has your statement been issued?
Virgin Points are added to your Flying Club account from your credit card purchases 5 days after your statement is available to view.
• Do your transactions qualify for Virgin Points?
Any fees, balance transfers, money transfers or cash transactions including withdrawing cash from an ATM, will not generate Virgin Points.
• Have you had a refund recently?
When you receive a refund, the Virgin Points you earned for that transaction will remain in your Flying Club balance, they are not deducted from the balance. Instead, you need to spend enough to replace the value of Virgin Points you received for the refunded transaction. Once this has happened, subsequent transactions will earn points and you will see your balance increase.
• Have you reached your Virgin Points cap?
There’s a cap on the Virgin Points you can earn each month based on your credit limit.
