The Virgin Money Credit Card app is the quickest and easiest way to activate your card.
To check if your credit card is active, go to the summary screen in the app. There will be an option to activate your card here if your card is not yet active.
If there is no option to activate, check the 'Manage' screen. 'Yes' will appear next to 'Card active' if your card is already active and ready to use.
You can download the credit card app via the App Store or Google Play, just search for Virgin Money Credit Card. If you need help registering for the app, check out our useful guide.
If you don't use our app or you're an additional cardholder. You can activate your credit card yourself using our telephone banking service, which is available 24/7. Have your credit card handy when you call and just follow the self service instructions.
