You can view and download your statement in the Virgin Money Credit Card app.
To view your statements in the app:
• Tap the 'More' icon at the bottom right of your summary screen
• Select "Statements”
• Choose the year/month of the statement you want to view
You can view your latest statement as well as historical statements, for the last seven years. If you need older statements please contact us.
To download one of these statements:
• Click on the downward pointing icon on the right
• At the top of the page, there is an icon. Click on this icon and select what you would like to do with your statement

If you don't use our app and you've not received a paper statement, you can update your statement preferences online. Complete our online form if you'd like to receive paper statements.
