Our Virgin Money Credit Card app is the quickest way to check if you have a Direct Debit set up. The account summary screen will confirm the payment amount due and the date the Direct Debit will be taken. You can also view your Direct Debit details.
Don't have a Direct Debit set up?
> Tap the 'Payments' icon on the menu bar, select 'Manage regular payments'
> Choose the amount you want to pay each month
> You'll need to know the sort code and account number of the account you want the payments to be taken from.
> The account summary screen will confirm when the Direct Debit is set up and ready to go.
Remember, you may need to pay another way while you're waiting for the Direct Debit to be set up.
If you have a Virgin Money or Virgin Atlantic credit card and there isn’t enough money in your current account to make the payment when requested, we may apply a charge to your account. Also, you may also lose any promotional rates if applicable.
The Direct Debit will be collected at the amount shown on the date of your statement even if you've made any additional payments that month.
