You can add up to three additional cardholders in the app. They must be over 18 and live at the same address as you.
• Tap the card image at the bottom of your summary screen
• Scroll down and tap ‘additional cardholders’
• Follow the on-screen instructions and we’ll take it from there
• Once approved, we’ll send their card and PIN to your address (around 7-10 working days)
All requests are subject to checks to validate the information provided. Additional cardholders must be able to supply proof of identification and address documents if requested.
If you don’t have the app, contact us and we can add the additional cardholder.
