If you previously used your fingerprint or face to log into your Virgin Money Credit Card app and it has stopped working, the next time you log in follow these steps:
- Go to 'More' in the bottom right hand corner of the app screen
- Select 'Settings'
- Under 'Security', select the toggle on the right hand side to confirm you want to sign in using biometrics when you next log in
