You can change your passcode on the sign-in screen by tapping ‘FORGOT?’ in the bottom left corner.

If you have face or fingerprint recognition switched on, you'll need to cancel this before you can tap on ‘FORGOT?'. Once you’ve entered your password - this will be at least 8 characters, including 3 of the following: numbers, upper case letters, lower case letters and special characters (such as *!@?), you can change your passcode.

If you forget your password, you can reset it through the app. When you're asked for your password, just tap 'Forgotten your password?' and follow the instructions. You'll need your card handy and you'll be asked for your date of birth.
