If your card’s been lost or stolen, it’s important to make sure it can’t be used by someone else. First step is to freeze the card in the app, then contact us as soon as possible.

To freeze your card:
• Tap the card image at the bottom of your summary screen
• Click the toggle next to “Freeze this card” (the toggle should now be red)

To unfreeze your card, simply click the toggle again and your card will be able to transact (the toggle should show as grey when it is off).
