If your credit card or debit card PIN is blocked, you can unblock it at most ATMs, simply:
• Insert your credit card or debit card and enter your PIN
• Select ‘PIN services’
• Choose the option to unblock your PIN
You have 3 attempts per day to try this.
If you're not in the UK this may not be possible, some international ATMs don't have the unblock PIN option. Once you're back in the UK, you'll need to complete the unblock PIN step at an ATM.
Forgotten your PIN?
Credit card:
For primary cardholders, you can view your PIN in the Virgin Money Credit Card app. If you're an additional cardholder, or you don't use our app, you can request a PIN reminder for your credit card by completing our online form.
Debit card:
If you are unable to remember your PIN for your debit card, you will need to call us or visit your local Virgin Money Store and ask us for a PIN reminder.
