If a transaction in an instalment plan is refunded, the amount will be applied to your account and will go towards paying the highest rate interest transactions first. If you do not have any other balance on your account, the refund will be allocated to your instalment plan balance. This means your instalment plan will expire earlier than your selected term.
If your instalment plan finishes early, we’ll no longer charge you a monthly fee. If the refund has put your account into credit, find out how you can request this here.
We will not cancel your instalment plan, to avoid paying a monthly fee you may want to cancel your plan in the Virgin Money Credit Card App.
