You can reject an increase and/or change your preferences for future credit limits by logging into the Virgin Money Credit Card app before the date given to you in your offer. Use the card image on the front screen to take you to 'Card Management', then scroll down to the bottom of the list and select 'Credit Limit Increases'. To opt out of future increases, select 'Opt Out'.
In you don't have our app, just head to the App Store or Google Play and search for Virgin Money Credit Card.
Alternatively, you can reject an increase and/or change preferences for future credit limit increases anytime by completing our online form. If the higher limit has already been applied to your account, you can ask for it to be lowered by completing this online form.
