Check you’ve got a phone signal before you start, as we’ll send you a text message as part of the registration process. You can only have the app on one device.

Before you start we’ll need:
Your surname and date of birth
Your long card number
Your mobile number
Your CVC (last three digits on the back of the card)

To register on the app, follow these simple steps:
Search for the Virgin Money Credit Card app, from the App Store or Google Play, and hit install
Tap ‘Get started’

You will then be given some important information to read before you continue, please read these terms carefully.

Once you have accepted these terms it’s time to link your card:
Fill in your surname, date of birth, long card number and CVC (last three digits on the back of the card)
 Set up your security by creating a username and password
Now it’s time to create your 6 digit passcode

Please note if you are being asked for a 'customer number' during registration, you may have downloaded the incorrect app. Make sure you've downloaded the Virgin Money Credit Card app.

To change your date of birth on an Android phone:
• Tap on the year in the left hand corner and scroll until you've got to the year you were born, then press okay

• You can change the month by using the arrows at the top and move the calendar left or right
• Then select your date and tap okay 

To activate the app we’ll send you a text message with an activation code on, which you’ll need to enter into the app. When that’s done, you’re good to go. If you want, you can also set up face or fingerprint ID.
